 he Monsignor Raymond P. Kelly Council of the Knights of Columbus is located within District 13 of the State of Maryland in historic Anne Arundel County. The Council was instituted on October 12, 1992, the quincentennial of the landing of Christopher Columbus in the New World. The Council was organized by Former District Deputy Kenneth Sassaman under the leadership of Past Maryland State Deputy and current Vice-Supreme Master Francis M. Feeley. Former District Deputy Robert Cleckner, Sr. was our Charter Grand Knight.

   majority of the members of Monsignor Raymond P. Kelly Council are parishioners of Saint Jane Frances de Chantal Roman Catholic Church in Riviera Beach, Maryland. Saint Jane Frances Church, established in 1946, is among the larger parishes in the Archdiocese of Baltimore. The Council takes its name from the first pastor of Saint Jane Frances Church. St Jane Frances' current Associate Pastor Rev. Brian Nolan is our Chaplain.   Monsignor Raymond P. Kelly Council supports a Columbian Squire's Circle, Monsignor Charles F. Muth Squire's Circle #4297. Like our Council's namesake, our Squire's Circle too is named after a former pastor of Saint Jane Frances. The Council also has an extremely active Ladies of the Knights Auxiliary. Council officers for 2006-2007 and our Past Grand Knights are listed in the accompanying tables. The Council presently has approximately 153 members and is enrolled in Division B of the Maryland State Council.
