IMPORTANT INFORMATION
In order to participate
·
Students Must register and pay deposit of $50 by
6/12/10 (Registration forms area available by mailing:burkhartn@maryvale.com
or at the St. Jane Parish Rectory)
· Payment
of $200 per child must be received by 7/14/10.
· Must
attend audition on 7/14/10 [or, if out-of-town, a private audition at
Mrs. Burkhart’s appointment before 7/14]
· Must
be part of the 3 performances on Aug 13 7pm, Aug. 14 7pm and Aug. 15 2
pm.
· Must
sign up for both weeks.
· Limited
to 50 children ages 6-14
· A
minimum of 25 students is necessary for the camp to occur. Should there
be less than 25 we reserve the right to cancel the camp and refund
payments.
