A Roman Catholic Parish in Riviera Beach, Maryland

Parish Mission

Parish Mission

March 5, 6 and 7 at 7:00 pm in the church
Admission is FREE and child care will also be provided FREE each evening!

The parish mission is an opportunity to set aside specific time to pray, meditate and reflect, and—most importantly—to do this as a parish community. It is a time for grace, repentance, and renewal of our relationship with God and each other. A parish Mission should be a parish awakening! A time for the whole parish to come together to reflect upon God’s word, to renew our faith, and to pray with open hearts and hands.

Fr. Joe CreedonOur Parish Mission speaker this year will be Fr. Joe Creedon. Topics covered each evening will be:

  • Monday, March 5: What is your vision for this parish?
  • Tuesday, March 6: What would happen if you fully understood the power of Baptism?
  • Wednesday, March 7: The gift of the Eucharist fully embraced.

Reconciliation (Confession) will be offered Monday and Tuesday evening. Wednesday evening will end with Mass.

For many of us, leaving our homes each evening to come to church will take a bit of planning and perhaps some sacrifice. But isn’t that true for almost anything that has value?
