As we all cope with COVID-19, the dangers it brings and the inconveniences it causes us, we need to remember to hold on tight to our most important connections, the people we love. We cannot let the stresses we experience harm our relationships. One of these is the relationship between husband and wife.

Because of this we have decided to make this popular marriage enrichment program available to all couples free of charge.

Spiritual Communion

My Jesus, I believe that you are present in the most Blessed Sacrament. I love You above all things and I desire to receive You into my soul. Since I cannot now receive You sacramentally, come at least spiritually into my heart. I embrace You as if You were already there, and unite myself wholly to You. Never permit me to be separated from You. Amen.
