North County Emergency Outreach Network (NCEON) is a Christian organization comprised of more than 35 churches and 5 civic organizations from the Glen Burnie, Linthicum, Pasadena, and Severn areas. NCEON provides assistance in the areas of court-ordered evictions, utility shut-off notices, fuel, medications, special emergency situations, budget counseling, pastoral counseling, shopping assistance, referrals, intervention programs for battered persons, and homeless programs. NCEON is an all-volunteer organization and does not receive any government funding. All funds received by NCEON are donated by member organizations and private individuals.

St. Jane Frances de Chantal Church collects non-perishable food items for donation to NCEON. Please bring in new, unopened items and place them in the baskets in the front vestibule or on the shelves in the side vestibule of the church. Your support of this program is much appreciated. The following is a list of some of our most urgent needs:
