Men, You’re Invited! Join us as we watch and discuss Into the Breach—a call to battle for Catholic men which urges us to embrace wholeheartedly masculine virtues in a world in crisis
6 weekly small group sessions resume the week of January 30, 2023.
Dates: Resumes week of January 30 for 6 weeks
Location: both St. Jane Frances de Chantal and Our Lady of the Chesapeake
Inspired by Bishop Thomas J. Olmsted’s apostolic exhortation to Catholic men, Into the Breach tells men they are made for greatness and challenges them to achieve it by founding their lives on God and pursuing heroic virtue. Each of the episodes explores a core theme such as Brotherhood, Leadership, Fatherhood and Spiritual Warfare. The series features more than 50 compelling speakers including:
- Bishop Thomas J. Olmsted of Phoenix
- Former MLB player Mike Sweeney
- Author and theologian Dr. Scott Hahn
- Popular speaker Fr. Mike Schmitz and
- Former Baltimore Raven Matt Birk
DURATION: 6 weekly sessions
Each session will include watching a 12-minute video (which urges us to embrace wholeheartedly masculine virtues in a world in crisis), discussing it, and prayer.
- Resumes the week of January 30th
- Ends the week of March 6th
- There will be no meetings the week of November 21 (Thanksgiving week)
- Join in on any session if you can’t make one that week

- Friday 7-8:30 pm. Our Lady of the Chesapeake (OLC Maryland Suite in the church)
- Saturday 9-10:30 am. St. Jane Frances (meets alternately at SJF & OLC)
